About
Amelia Wilber is a soprano and voice teacher based in the Bay Area. She grew up in a musical family, beginning violin and cello at an early age and singing from childhood.
She studied Voice Performance at Temple University and went on to complete a Master’s degree at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Over time, questions around coordination and vocal development led to a broader focus on how individual singers learn and how voices respond differently to technical and artistic approaches.
Her work is shaped by an interest in voice as something that develops through use, context, and experimentation rather than a single method or fixed approach. Different styles, repertoires, and performance settings inform how the voice is approached and understood in practice.
This perspective continues to evolve through performance, teaching, and ongoing engagement with vocal work across genres.
